1. Overview and Incorporation of Full Terms

These Campaign Terms & Conditions govern your participation in promotions, alerts, and communication campaigns operated by Conducive ("Brand," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in or participating in any Conducive campaign, you agree to abide by these terms as well as Conducive's master website policies.

2. SMS Terms

By opting into Conducive’s SMS messaging program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated short message service (SMS) and multimedia message service (MMS) communications from or on behalf of Conducive at the mobile phone number provided.

  • Program Description: SMS alerts may include critical system downtime notifications, incident status updates, IT operational alerts, service maintenance schedules, or administrative announcements.
  • Cost Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on system health, incident severity, on-call schedules, and campaign parameters.
  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to [Shortcode/Phone Number] or reply STOP to any SMS message received from Conducive to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
  • Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Privacy Policy

Carrying out mobile messaging requires us to collect certain personal details. Your information will be handled strictly in accordance with the Conducive Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. Conducive does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
